This Logistics Facility needed a compliant height safety system to allow access to the upper roof and canopy in order to have the gutters cleaned. In place was an old, non-compliant ladder which was replaced with a new access ladder with cage, and a platform with stairs.

Challenge
The client had an old, non-compliant ladder and platform that needed to be replaced. They had no way to access to the upper roof and canopy, and no way to clean guttering.
Solution
A ladder and cage was installed to provide safe access to the upper roof and fall arrest anchor points were installed to provide safe cleaning of all perimeter guttering. A rung ladder, with compliant upper and lower platforms was installed to gain access to the canopy, and anchor points installed at the canopy ends to facilitate safe access the ends of the box guttering.
